The band was formed in late 2013 under the name 'Burn The Remains' with members Rob (Vocals), Jason (Guitar, Clean Vocals), Ardina (Bass), Peter (Guitar), Mat (Guitar) and Brandon (Drums), but due to reasons the band had parted ways with Ardina, Peter and Brandon, but became stronger with the additions of Brendan as their new drummer and Angus as their new bassist, and the name changed to 'Scarred Remains'. The band had played many shows around the South Coast and further, but due to unforeseen circumstances both Rob and Jason had parted ways with the band soon after, which led with the joining of the new guitarist Liam and vocalist Dylan.
