Jo Dawson’s latest project, Seattle, brings her band/second family Welshy, Stu and Dylan together to collaborate and record for the first time since they began playing together live for Jo's solo project almost 3 years ago. "It's a really exciting time for me... no, for us", Jo corrects herself. "We're a team", she says. "It's not just about me anymore. I love the boys, and they have become so important to the creation of our sound, it just makes sense to me to honour that." Over the past few months the band has been busy in the studio recording tracks for their forthcoming EP, and they are very excited about revealing all their hard work. Their unique brand of alternative pop rock has toughened up a little since they played under Jo's name, and you can expect the EP to pack quite a punch! The first taste is available with their debut single 'Replay' released at The Evelyn Hotel in Fitzroy on May 10, 2013.
