Edit history

Selekt Few are a Perth-based hip hop crew consisting of Percuss, Shareef and DJ Tek. Our debut album 'MD' is out April 14, 2014. Shareef & Percuss met when they were both still teenagers and have been making music together since January, 2009. Our song "Words" first appeared on the Australian Hip Hop Supports CanTeen album in 2011. We also host the hip-hop show "Rhythm & Poetry" on Goonbag Radio and Percuss has been managing the hip-hop website of the same name since 2009. Dj Tek was a welcome addition who came along by chance and brings with him a wealth of hip hop knowledge and plenty of turntable skills. Our debut album 'MD' was almost entirely produced by Mdusu and features guest vocals from FG, Mdusu, Charley Caruso and Callum Presbury. Recording and mixing for the album was done in-house by Percuss & Shareef. Each song has it's own message and every beat tells its own story, so listen up! http://www.selektfew.com/
