Hello all. Lets start the ball rolling with a little information about the band shall we? Self-Destruct Sequence started as a 4-piece band of 14 year old's who basically couldn't put a riff together. The reason being that we couldn't play our instruments of course. We began practising both at school and at each others house's learning Rage Against the Machine and Red Hot Chili Peppers covers. Gradually it took us 2 and half years of woeful school gigs to start writing our own material. After writing our first song (Newborn) in a day, we came to an agreement that we had something special between us (in a completely non homo-erotic way). In recent times we have been focusing on the production of new songs, and as a result the band has begun making experimentation and progressive sounds a part of the unique sound of Self-Destruct Sequence.
