The noise free rock band Selvhenter is based in Copenhagen. Selvhenter's music consists of strong polyrhythmic patterns from the two drummers while the horns intertwine in heavy riffs, pop-like melodies and textures of sound manipulated by the use of effect pedals. Selvhenter founded the art collective and record label Eget Værelse (a room of one’s own): www.egetvaerelse.dk
