A funny journey indeed for two youngsters, recording an 8 track demo in the lounge room of a guy who was directing the very first production of Fawlty Towers in Australia. Just like busking in the streets, of the small towns in Tassie. Raw as it was ever going to get. Ha Never the less the Demo got us a place on the APRA People's Stage at Lorne Falls. Venturing then to Tamworth, Caboolture, the Country Festivals and Music Scene. Taking with us a strong anti-war theme, just when Tamworth streets were filled with people singing of how it wasn't "Country Anymore". Up rock two chicks with nothing but a guitar on wheels, singing old classics such as Pete Seegers; Study War No More, Highway Mens; Seven Spanish Angels, Donovans; Universal Soldier and many other old classic's from Arlo Guthrie, Woody Guthrie, Willie Nelson, The Carter Family, Johnny Cash, Kris Kristopherson. Ok ok it wasn't Australian Country. Up's to Slim and Johnny. Definately a time in our lives of learning, living and
