Sex IN the Desert was formed in retaliation to the lack of interesting original rock material and the oversaturation of cover bands in the Darwin area. Six years, hundreds of gigs and 2 albums later we have defined our status as Darwin's premier cult rock band . Songs such as "Stuck in woolies with the check-out chick", "Cyclone Surf", "Suc suc Suzy", "Ding dong baby" and "White knuckle masturbation" are drawn from the everyday lifestyle experiences within the Darwin region. With the combination of high energy performances, Australian flavours and lyrics that define the everyday Aussie lifestyle, Sex IN the Desert is ready to break into the national and international markets.
