Starting out in a garage in Lilydale in early 2011, and armed with a mix of infectious originals and powerpop covers, Shaded Grey are not trying to change the world. Fronted by Nicole Livingstone, already a regular on the acoustic Singer/Songwriter circuit, she is joined by the half man half beast Daniel Benson on guitar while bassist Danny Robotham and drummer Josh (popcorn) Waddell form the driving force. With influences including Paramore, Foo Fighters, Airbourne and Bodyjar, SG have found there own musical identity and have developed a loyal following through shows at festivals, showcases and partys. Shaded Grey are now ready to take the next step. Already having been selected to support Red Ink, Tracer and My Echo and winning and un-signed band showcase, they are now looking for new places and more people to play too.......... but most important to this band is to have fun.
