From age 13, Shadowist was composing music by using the deck to deck tape recording technique and utilised such instruments including an early K-Tel electronic drum machine, bass and guitar. Each track was recorded and played back to the other recorder to layer the tracks. Shadowist also added sounds from special effects albums his father borrowed from the local library to enhance the ambience and strange creativity of the works. The works you hear were all composed in 2015/2016 and primarily focus on the ambience of sound exploration into dimensionalisticism - a concept relying on the combination of different conscious states - that is subconscious states (or dreams) overlaying the conscious state (awake state).
