Shady Nasty is a defiant Sydney punk-hip-hop trio formed in 2015. The band features Kevin Stathis on vocals and guitar, Haydn Green on bass, and Luca Watson on drums. They became famous for their raw, "glitchy" sound and their collaboration with UK producer Fred again.. Stathis loops and reverses his guitar to make an "audio glitch". The band mixes clanging guitars with spoken-word hip-hop to show life in Sydney's suburbs. Their debut album TREK came out in 2025. They continue to tour around the world.
