Singer-songwriter Shannon, is rockin’ the suburbs. At 18 and in her first year out of school, she has already put out a debut EP and participated in Brisbane’s annual Friends of Folk Festival which was held on March 6th 2011. Shannon went toured to the UK with the Australian Youth Choir as a soloist when she was 12 and having picked up the cello in primary school, she acquired first cellist in the St Cecilia Strings and cellist of the All Hallows’ String Quartet. She went on to write songs for various school functions, assemblies and English assignments... And recorded a couple of songs at a local studio for shiggles. Now fresh out of school, Shannon still writes and plays music for fun, jamming with friends and cramming for law exams. Living the good life. As all good musicians do.
