My name is Sharlie and I am a 16 year old artist who comes originally from a small town in the Riverina of New South Wales. Since moving to the sunny regions of South East Queensland, I have had the opportunities to do what I love most, write music and perform. I am currently a one man band playing guitar and piano and am mostly an indie/pop/folk singer-songwriter. I tend to express any emotions through my songs. I'm influence by artists such as Hozier, Ella Henderson, Matt Corby and Adele, these artists have inspired me to become someone I thought I would never be. I hope that through my music i can have the ability to inspire others to do what they love and never give up. My goals as a young artist are to continue writing heartfelt and honest lyrics to give a strong message to anyone listening.
