Jemima Rose grew up in the English countryside. She's obsessive about cats and love and nature, and writes of all those in addition to dark days and bright skies. Her English roots coat her writing with richness and a darkness that haunts. Her songs are powerful and evocative with melodies that go round in your head for days. Jemima lived on a farm in Bath, UK for four years with her big Ginger Tom. She wrote of the hard times she endured with a mad man and his manipulative ways. Now she resides in Perth, WA - having moved across here for Love and a fresh start. She desrves as much as the best out there to succeed and win hearts of those fans who really appreciate passionate music. You'll atomatically win her over if you respect the felines. She's currently spending most of her evenings in her bedroom making her Australia record debut. Keep an eye and an ear out for She Tells Lies - the English Rose and her guitars.
