Shroud, headbanging riffs with more fuzz than a 70’s porn star and vocals to sooth your nans sore throat. Does more need to be said? Probably not... For a time Shroud was incomplete, like a three wheeled car, or a smoker with no papers. Lumbering on with no voice, just raw thumps and untamed feedback. Then, for reasons only the universe understands, the final member of Shroud was drawn to her destiny. Shroud was born, metamorphosing from simple garden tool objects into something new, something strange, something primal - emanating a rare pulse. Following their first five song sacrifice to the gods, ‘Slow Demise’, Shroud emerge after a long hibernation revealing their current single ‘Vacant Eye’ and bearing new material with a burning desire to perform their sacrament once again.
