Shrug are a three piece Sydney band making DIY indie and folk music out of their parents spare rooms until this whole music thing takes off and they can afford to move out. After building a small but passionate fanbase in North-West Sydney by putting on house shows around the area, Happy/Sad is their debut single, stripping away the electronic elements of their live show to reveal their earnest songwriting and the comforting voices of lead singers Nicole Gandy and Connor Kerr.
