Simon Simpson is a 24 year old solo musician with a simple message for people to WAKE THE HELL UP to what is going on around them in the world, from corrupt global political systems to the garbage polluting their minds through advertising and T.V. We have become very confused beings in these modern times spawning from ideals such as materialism, selfishness, and hate. But don't let that form an image in your mind of Simon as being a tree hugging religious freak, hell bent on trying to pursuade the population to go back to living in bark huts pondering on why they love fluffy animals and Jesus so much. Quite the opposite. It's about time a new protest song was written to report on the present state of the world, and Simon has nailed it with the track "Mr. Howard, please" where he draws upon a soldiers' profound experience in Iraq. He's not all 'politics' this and 'fascists' that; there is a sense of humour and a certain corniness to the music aswell. The songs available for download
