Simone started playing saxophone in Year 7, but had to give that up because she didn't have big enough lungs. She then moved on to Flute, which is fun. Then she got a guitar so she could sing at her school chaplains wedding. She discovered she really liked playing guitar. She also realised she was kind of capable of holding a tune. So she started singing. Eventually she started playing piano, as well as trumpet. Now she sits in her ridiculously overcrowded room, and writes songs. Since the recording studio is broken she records her songs using a dodgy little video enabled digital camera. Hence the crappy quality. At first she was a little shy about showing people her songs, but then realised that if you're going to be a performer, you really need to get over it. She hopes people like her music. She also apologizes for speaking about herself in third person. But she couldn't think of any other way of going about it.
