Skack Tha Maniak derives from the undergound just like the rest of the Juggalo family. From the depths of hell Skack has risen to become one of sydneys most feared freaks. This serial killing maniak will use his axe or meat cleaver to chop you to pieces before you have the chance to bust off any shots.
