In Greek mythology, Persephone is the goddess of spring. Her union with Hades made her Queen of the Underworld - and Queen of Death. It is the power of love and death that skybelly explores throughout their 2023 record "vella". On the sequel, "silverado" (due for release Hallowe'en 2026), skybelly infuse psych rock with ethereal vocals, creating a rock n' roll album for the most enduring of romantics.
