Singer/Songwriter Zedekai Butel had been doing the northern rivers/gold coast cafe circuit for a number of years, but he was always keen to get band going. Amassing a back catalogue of recordings and writings, but never quite confident enough to release anything, Zedekai continued to write and gig, and jam with drummer Alex Khoo. Last December, the opportunity to get in the studio with Brisbane producer Alex Henrikkson resulted in the single 'Market Fair,' out this February. Isaac Theisson jumped on bass, and Sleeper Hit was formed.
