In Your Gun EP is the second release for Melbourne noisepopsters Slight of Build, following their debut EP in 2009. Recorded live to tape in 3 days at Head Gap Studios with Toby Baldwin, the In Your Gun EP captures the vast sonic landscapes and tense immediacy of the band’s live sound; a wall of swirling melodic noise. Initially planned for release at the beginning of 2010, the band had a setback with the departure of drummer Andrew Polydorou. After a 6-month search for a replacement, Nik Kain was brought in and Slight of Build released EP number two on 8 October 2010. Tag us, vote for us, adore us!
