The inception of Slim Johnson & The Power Walkers came with a chance jam between the seasoned session Power Walker Trio and award winning Singer/Songwriter Mikel "Slim" Johnson. With an extensive combined playing history from four of Queensland's finest, an affinity for Groove and the intention to create music of insight to inspire the sounds of the seasons, fun and big love. These musicians have the mindset and potential to take nothing, make it something and then throw it at the nearest pedestrians' ear canals.
