After many years in the Brisbane indie/noise/punk scenes (playing in bands like toadracer, nova scotia, seaplane, heavy breather, logic bomb) I moved down to naarm in late 2018. Lockdown struck us a year and a bit later on. I had to come up with a way to keep my sanity. Slow Down was born as a recording project to stave off boredom, but after two weeks I had enough material for an album. The next few months involved further tracking and mixing. Finally “The Crumple Zone” LP is ready for release!
