Smacked Youth are a three-piece alternative punk band from Newcastle, NSW: Sam D’Agostino (guitar/vocals), Sean Doyle (bass/vocals) and Sam Coleman (drums/percussion). Known for explosive live shows and uncompromising songwriting, they have built a reputation as one of Australia’s leading regional punk acts. Internationally, they’ve toured the UK and Europe with shows in London, Amsterdam and Berlin. Domestically, they completed a 24-date national tour with The Screaming Jets and have shared stages with Dune Rats and Rose Tattoo. In 2026, Smacked Youth will undertake their first Canadian tour, including a performance at NXNE, one of Canada’s premier music festivals. This marks a major step into the North American market, exposing the band to new audiences, industry, and media, and positioning them for further international growth.
