Small Time Hero hides out in Melbourne’s suburbs. He lives a regular life; he works shitty jobs, does his washing on the weekend, and knows he should be exercising more. Small Time Hero likes playing guitar and enjoys penning the occasional song. Recently however, Small Time Hero has been down on his luck. Out of work with the bills starting pile up, Small Time Hero was getting a bit anxious. Towards the end of a cold and damp Melbourne winter, during a week scheduled for various shitty job interviews and trials, Small Time Hero fell ill. After a day or two of feeling sorry for himself, Small Time Hero decided to pick up his guitar, pen and pad, and began to write. He didn’t stop writing for a whole week. He used his eight track demo machine to record his words and ideas. His ideas turned into songs, and his songs turned into an album.
