Magandjin/Brisbane based alt-folk artist sofia cirino writes passionate and poetic anthems about the most confusing and beautiful parts of life. Writing autobiographically about all aspects of growing up and gaining a sense of self, their ethereal melodies and personal arrangements are made to be felt. They strive for a unique ambiguity in their lyricism, toeing the line between maintaining lyrical specificity, whilst allowing for audience interpretation, creating a unique connection between them and their listeners.
