Edit history

Some Lone Ranger has been together since 2011. Through that time they have been hard at work creating pop/rock that borrows inspiration from unlimited genres, whether it be drops into solos or jazz bossanova beats placed in contemporary rock music. Formed in 2011, Some Lone Ranger (SLR) started by sharing their unique, cheeky sound with audiences at the Jammin band competition at Ya Ya’s before going on to represent Curtin University at the National Campus Band Competition (NCBC). The band then entered the recording studio to record a six track EP and in 2012, was back at Jammin and the NCBC, making it to the second round in each competition. SLR has played at the Swan Lounge, Ya Ya’s, Curtin University Tavern, The Rosemount Hotel and the Rocket Room. After winning Gozzy Rock 2013, Some Lone Ranger plans to hop back into the studio and record their first Album.
