Akira Kurosawa, one of the greatest cinematic directors of all time once said, "As a storyteller I have no secrets". From the artist's perspective, no matter what the medium, his or her work more often seem to unfold like a story; whether told from the pen or paintbrush, script or screen. Personally speaking, music has been my medium of choice for over fifteen years now and I am proud to say that my project "The Envelope: An Audio Motion Picture" is almost ready for worldwide attention. Twelve tracks deep and written and arranged by myself, Sonny Syah. The album, or audio motion picture as i call it, interlinks as the envelope exchanges hands from one character to the next. Teamed up with the production efforts of Force B and Fame, 'The Envelope' also boasts a talented line up of artists & guests including Hau, Hyjak, Just Enuff (Spit Syndicate), 13th Son, Swarmy G (Overproof), Nikkita, Shantan Wantan Ichiban, Michelle Martinez, Steve Carfino and many more.
