SOUND FIELD were established in tokyo, japan, in late 2004 as a psychedelic experimental group with a focus on unconventional and improvised sounds. They produce hypnotic, layered sounds with ethereal undertones and waves of ambient textures. Live shows have previously included improvised guitars with field recordings, sampled sounds, slides and super 8 projections.
