Edit history

South Isle are a self produced duo from Gippsland, Australia consisting of songwriters Cazi Gale and Luke Matthews. Both Cazi and Luke were songwriting and performing individually before coming together to create South Isle in 2017. They originally began travelling as a duo to the coast and to the mountains during the ski season to perform their original music in various venues across Victoria. At the end of 2019 Cazi and Luke formed a connection with a musician and producer in a recording studio in Melbourne who helped shape the sound of their upcoming debut EP ‘Helm’. South Isle's style varies with two song writers in the duo. It could be broadly described as alternative or folk with a hint of pop. South Isle have many more songs to come and are planning to release their EP at the commencement of 2021.
