Space Electronic Disco is the sound of the future colliding with the underground. The project of Gold Coast–based artist Shane Thwaites, S.E.D. blends cosmic synths, industrial edge and glittering disco energy into anthems built for dancefloors and dystopias alike. With a PhD-trained mind in neuroscience and a heart wired to synths, Shane crafts songs that are both cerebral and primal — from the unifying anthem “Resonance” to the raw rebellion of “Untamed”. On stage, S.E.D. is pure electricity: heavy analog bass, chant-driven hooks, and a storm of cosmic rhythms that blur the line between rave and rock show. Influences span Nine Inch Nails and Daft Punk to the chaos of the internet age, but the vision is unmistakably their own — futuristic, cinematic, and always pushing the signal forward
