Edit history

Experimental yet accessible, Space Project defies easy classification. With a sound that moves from a jazz-rock-fusion to experimental, psychedelic rock, here is a band that embraces an eclectic blend of influences; creating a sonic landscape that is hypnotic and mesmeric, tranquil and turbulent. Space Project’s lineup is Adrian Barr (guitar, vocals), Holly Harrison (trumpet, flute), Jed Maisey (bass) and Matthew Robertson (drums). Since joining the Bird’s Robe Collective (Sydney’s epicentre of experimental and progressive music) Space Project has quickly developed a strong following in many venues around Sydney such as Manning Bar, Annandale Hotel, Excelsior Hotel and the Hopetoun Hotel. Most recently, Space Project launched their debut EP to a sell out crowd at the Excelsior Hotel Surry Hills in July 2009.
