Spelling Out Sounds formed in September 2007 after Chris, Michael and Paul decided in a change of direction and departed ways from the punk rock scene. Paul and Ian then got together and talked about forming a band that would incorporate Ian's love for hip hop and Paul's love for rock. The drummer and a bass player positions were then filled by Michael and Chris. The motivation behind our music came about after we decided to do something different and fun, incorporating the perfect musical ingredients for a good party
