Spent Shells have been around for 3 years playing mainly in Melbourne, with a few jaunts interstate to play shows and catch up with mates along the way. Their sound is somewhere between punk rock Frank Sinatra and a beer stain. Spent Shells are here to remember the glory days and those who fought the good fight through song (and beer). They funded the recording and release their first ep 'Pocketchange', with just that, and is now in its second self-funded pressing. Spent Shells are part of a gang of good mates/bands known as the East Coast Loose Cannons. The E.C.L.C are trying to bring a sense of community back into a scene where bands/people are to 'punk' to talk to anyone. Other bands include, S.C Trash, The Disables, Run For Cover, Topnovil, Charter 77, No Idea and The Ordinarys.
