Best described as "hug ya mates" music or "punk for people who don't like being angry", Spicy Lemons present a high octane, off-kilter folk punk show full of wit and comradery. Their stylings of celtic banjo layered over blistering guitars and jumpy rhythms have proven popular amongst crowds within the NSW east coast live scene, most notably on support slots with the Grogans, Dear Sunday and Late November, as well as a headlined east coast tour. With the recent release of the 'Soundtrack to Suburbia' mini album, and an ever growing catalogue of signature recordings, Spicy Lemons play a confident, joyful set of boldly unique music sure to get any crowd moving.
