I started rapping when I was about 18 in North West Tasmania. At the time I thought I was the only rapper in the state it was 2003. I had been into rap since I could remember and like the other enthusiasts around at the time my life was completely changed by the arrival of Eminem. I was an angry creative misfit teenager and had found the perfect soundtrack for my angst. I went on to discover Australian hip hop I could vibe with through TZU, Hilltop Hoods and the Culture Of Kings compilations in about 2004. By now I was writing rhymes a lot and moved from my country hometown of Smithton Tasmania to be a rapper in Hobart. Once there I formed the Copious Crew with Masters, Stray and Covert we went about recording and doing gigs regularly around Hobart. A big highlight was when we got played on radio as a hip hop pick of the week on triplejunearthed. This was about 2006. I also did a lot of solo songs and featured on the music video Tasmaniaks - Satanic Winter which got played on Rage.
