Stahlüt (pronounced Star-lute) is the vocal side project of Melbourne's The Imprints. Willow and Linden spent the autumn of 2014 recording their first Stahlüt release 'Unravelling' on the Mornington Peninsula. Recorded and mixed by Damien Charles and mastered in Berlin by Bo Kondren, the album is full of dreamy vocals with cinematic and psychedelic textures. Willows violin playing has been heard with many prominent artists both live and in the studio including Goldfrapp, the Cinematic Orchestra, Blue King Brown, Adalita, Little Birdy as well as local Melbourne artists, the Mayfair Kytes, Ainslie Wills, the Bedroom Philosopher and many more. Linden is also currently the live bass player for Ainslie Wills and has done recording sessions for artists including Opiuo and Diana Ahnaid.
