Edit history

Start Select are a band from Sydney. We're here to play original music and to rock out. All of us have different backgrounds in terms of what we listen to and what inspires us, but we combine our powers Captain-Planet style to make fresh music that fans of rock everywhere will hopefully enjoy. We will be hitting the studios at the end of this month to put the final touches on our first, inaugral, debut EP. For those of you who have been listening to our music through this website, now's the time to download your favourite Start Select (we can't call ourselves "SS" because of the whole Nazi thing) tracks as they won't be here much longer. Probably just before May we will rotate the tracks on Unearthed, as these three have done their duty and we have some slightly different/heavier stuff to introduce. We've been gigging a lot recently, playing at venues such as Hotel Bondi, the Cat & Fiddle, the Steyne, Vic on the Park Hotel. We have something lined up for June at the Excelsior Hotel
