Formed in 2007, State of Decline are a band who are both sexually, and musically impaired. A failing band for a failing generation, they were previously known as Nein Inches Between, but they changed their name, cuz that name sucked! Easily found in the waste lands of Wollongong City, S.O.D are a band who will play for booze and/or booze money; consisting of Bass player Chris "Columbus" Cullen, Rhythm Guitarist Andrew "Curly" Lyons-Dawson, Drummer Reece "If Rocky Could Do It, So Can I" Moosemeechwrryyy and Lead Singer Sam "Sayton" Clayton (No one actually calls me that, I just felt left out though, not having a nickname) and Lead Guitarist Ghandi. (Otherwise known as Neil Brown) Though not knowing quite what they're genre is, they make it up with their constant stupidity, bickering and violence against those smaller and weaker than them.
