With a knack for catchy melodies, clever wordplay and a voice to die for, Adelaide singer/songwriter Steven Paul Lennox offers up his tales of joyous melancholia. His music roams from earthy realism to dreamy psychedelia and has been described as progressive, country folk. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Steven's work it pays homage to the glorious majesty of Grant Lee Buffalo and the eclecticism of Dan Kelly with a nod to the brothers Finn. Experienced and versatile,Steven has released a number of critically acclaimed albums and is an engaging and dynamic live performer. He is comfortable whether busking on the streets or treading the boards of an Entertainment Centre and has shared the bill with the likes of Paul Kelly,Tim Finn,Archie Roach,Mark Seymour and even Meatloaf (would you believe) and recently he has worked with the award winning Slingsby theatre company during The Adelaide Festival. Currently Steven is putting the finishing touches to his new album,”birdSONG”
