Stewart Walker is a breath of fresh air: a singer-songwriter who doesn't take himself or his music too seriously! Stew's songs are simple, catchy, and amusing – a bit like himself really!! Like a Jet or Wolfmother riff, Stew has a few miles on the clock. But along with that comes an impressive catalogue of folk-rock songs that appeal to a wide age group. And he has proven international appeal too. In 2005, physics nerds around the world bought downloads of his folk-punk classic, "Special Relativity", released by Stew's acoustic duo Joey Stew off their "Girls, Cars, Beer… and Special Relativity" CD. After sharing the limelight in Joey Stew, Stew has decided he wants it all for himself and gone solo – at least until a better offer comes along!
