STRANAC is an unknown creature from the galaxy Messier 81. During a deep space travel mission, STRANAC's craft was intercepted by a fast moving communication device known to earth as the "Voyager 1". With alien technology, STRANAC was able to dissect the device without human detection. STRANAC discovered the Voyager Golden Record and studied the sounds of Earth. STRANAC created a track based on the findings of the Golden Record in order to communicate with Earth. This track is called "First Contact"
