Beginning as a concept band through mid 2016; Gold Coast hardcore band Strategies went full steam ahead immediately after their conception. After numerous lineup changes the band have found a mix of musical backgrounds and abilities, to create their original form of tuned down hardcore. Immediately after their conception, the band released single 'Pavement' which within a few days received an incrediable response from numerous other local bands. The band recently released in August 2017, their debut EP, 'Signs', along with a music video for the title track which is available on Itunes, Spotify, Bandcamp and Google Play. Since the recent release of their EP, the band have not stopped. They are booked in for another EP recording in the final months of 2017 but with a more unique, more refined and ultimately heavier sound.
