I first would like to thank Jesus Christ for the love of his words that he has shared with the world and a peaceful blessing for humanity to respect each other. While in grade 7, I did a presentation on a rap group that gave me inspiration that made me the person who I am today. As I watched their film clip in this spiritual song, I understood from that day on who I wanted to be. I’m grateful and forever thankful to them. I also like to give my respect to the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. The Crossroad’s film clip back in 1996 was the beginning of my knowledge. Right then I knew, I’m going to be a rap musician. Back then, I didn’t understand that these musicians came from a struggle, as I grew up, I found out my community was attracted to this life and saw the resemblance. For so long, I never thought in my mind while writing these lyrics, I was adding to the problem of the struggle. It took me a while, but eventually, I believed in my character The Street Soldier Story that changed lives
