Since forming in October 2011, Sunken Seas have supported Wooden Shjips (US) and legendary UK punk poet John Cooper Clarke. Vanguardred Magazine (NZ) called us 'Musically Cathartic, affecting the feeling of being sucked through a quickly spiralling black hole' oo-er. Einstein Music Journal also commented that 'they possess the richocheting guitar sound of Spacemen 3'. A Shoegazr.de (Germany) also commented on us in a loosely translated manner, that we were like 'listening to shoegaze in space, because simply tinkering you please yourself a chic drawer out of it' - chur!
