Suns of Solace effortlessly combine a blend of upbeat melodies and hook-line chorus’ that will keep a smile on your face whether you’re sitting back having a listen in your favourite arm chair, or bobbing to them live in a beer garden somewhere. Emerging from Melbourne’s outer east, the acoustic/roots trio have been jamming together since early 2011; formerly playing in a variety of musical arrangements for a number of years before their love for acoustic and roots brought them together to form SoS. They have since entertained crowds throughout Melbourne’s live music circuit, with their performance style being described as a combination of energetic vibes, syncopated rhythmic progressions and ambient vocal harmonies, or just a shit load of fun. They have recently recorded their first EP “The Finding,” featuring the lead single “Float Away” (currently free for download from their Soundcloud). Bookings: tristan@myaura.com.au
