Suns Of The Universe are a Sydney 3 piece consisting of Sam Brown (drums) Dan Willington (Bass) and Ian Mathers (vocals/guitar) They began writing heavy, tight, electrified blues music and performing live at underground venues in this year (2014). Being well associated with Sydney’s underground music scene before this project the abrasive and experimental 3 piece are becoming popular very quickly. All working with synergy to envy and an infectious energy that comes through in everything they do on stage and in recordings, Suns are a killer band to see and nostalgic to listen to. With Influences like Jimi Hendrix, Muddy Waters, James Brown, White Stripes, The Doors and The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Suns are an explosive band that do never fail to capture you. From 'GOOD GREEF MUSIC FESTIVAL' "Awash with heavy basslines and an undeniably auspicious catalogue is Sydney’s, Suns Of The Universe; a charming trio with high intensity to undoubtedly leave you yearning for more."
