Based in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Swahili Rage are four ambitious lads who live for their music. The band's style ranges from the sweet, melodic sounds of Party in the Sun and In My Head to the hard rocking sounds of Faux Pas and Face It. All their songs have one thing in common though: a feel to them, an energy that you don't come across every day. "You listen to rock'n'roll from the 60's and 70's, y'know, Hendrix, the Stones and all that, and the music just has this amazing feel to it. It makes you feel free, like you can do anything. That's what great rock should do."
