"I'm an audio Illustrator who speaks melodically" - Sway Cool 'Sorry to keep you waiting' is the unspoken sentiment from Brisbane rap artist, Sway Cool. Keeping relatively quiet from 2014-2016, Sway amassed a unique style of anticipation, becoming a hot topic for water cooler conversations amongst DJ's and other urban artists in Brisbane, even while remaining silent. Returning at full volume in early 2016, capitalising on his 'most known unknown' and 'beast of the east' moniker, Sway showcased a new found lyrical prowess, production style and created waves through the underground, culminating in the impressive, sharply written Fire Brigade. Finishing the year off with a barrage of live shows including opening up for the return of Redman and Method Man on the Brisbane leg of their nationwide tour.
