Sweet Surrender is a young, high energy alternative punk band from small town suburbia. Having honed their musical skills playing covers in harsh country pubs from Kalgoorlie to Esperance, they are ready to wow Perth venues with a fresh blend of hard rocking guitar riffs, electro-rock keys and powerhouse vocal harmonies. Having shared the stage with experienced and skilled bands such as Perth’s Ragdoll, 46 Brigade, End of Fashion and Summerset, Sweet Surrender have not only gained a love for live music, but also an understanding of what it means to play and live the Perth music scene.

All members of the band have been musically active for several years now but we have only recently come together in the past year to form Sweet Surrender. we have come along way in this past year, recorded our live demo after only a month, played many gigs and are on the verge of completion of writing our new full length album. our music ranges from fast, pumping, punk songs, to hard, rock/ metal and even ballads. Already we have formed a strong following of fans through out our home town of alice springs, even to the point where our crowds are singing along to our origional songs. being a musician in the middle of Australia, (Alice Springs) has it's ups and downs. it's pretty easy to get noticed, but there isnt to many peopple to notice you. it's realy hard to get a break when you live in such a remote place. we just hope that triplejunearthed can give us the chance to get our music heard and the opportunity to show Aus what we have to offer.
